Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the digital rights management and reconciliation platform provided by Sovereignty Digital LLC (“Sovereignty Digital”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.Service Description
The Service provides analytics, reconciliation, and catalog matching tools that allow rights holders to:
• View YouTube CMS ownership and asset metadata
• Compare ownership information against PRO databases (BMI, ASCAP, Songview, MLC)
• Identify missing, conflicting, or inaccurate royalty claims
The Service operates in a read-only capacity unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.Eligibility
You must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have rightful access to the YouTube CMS catalogs and/or PRO accounts you connect
• Use the Service solely for lawful rights management activitiesYouTube Partner API Access and Restrictions
If you connect your YouTube Content Manager account, you authorize Sovereignty Digital to access CMS metadata using the “youtubepartner” scope to:
• Retrieve catalog and asset metadata
• Display read-only data for reconciliation
We do NOT:
• Upload content
• Modify ownership claims
• Commit manual claims without explicit authorization
You may revoke access at any time through Google Account permissions.Ownership and Intellectual Property
All data provided through connected accounts remains your property.
All platform software, algorithms, and UI/UX are the exclusive intellectual property of Sovereignty Digital and may not be copied, sold, reverse engineered, or repurposed.Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
• Misrepresent ownership or catalog authority
• Use the Service to initiate fraudulent claims
• Attempt to extract or scrape platform code
• Provide platform access to unauthorized users
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that reconciliation results are exhaustive or error-free because accuracy depends on third-party sources outside our control.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovereignty Digital is not liable for:
• Lost royalties
• Lost profits
• Data inaccuracies from external databases
• Platform interruptions or downtime
Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or zero if no fees were paid).Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if authorized access credentials are revoked.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.Modifications
