Sovereignty Digital LLC (“Sovereignty Digital”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a digital rights management and royalty reconciliation platform (the “Service”) that enables music rights holders to identify, reconcile, and optimize ownership claims and royalty payouts across YouTube Content Manager (CMS) and performing rights organizations including BMI, ASCAP, Songview, and the Mechanical Licensing Collective (MLC).
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information securely and transparently.Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum data required to provide the Service. This includes:
a. Account Information:
• Name, email address, and authentication credentials necessary to verify platform ownership.
b. YouTube Partner/CMS Metadata (Read-Only):
If you grant us the “youtubepartner” API scope, we may access:
• Asset metadata (ISRC, ISWC, title, artist, composer, publisher)
• Ownership percentages and territorial claims
• Associated sound recordings, compositions, and videos
No video uploading, account modification, or content deletion is performed.
c. Performing Rights Organization (“PRO”) Metadata:
If you connect PRO accounts (e.g., BMI, ASCAP, Songview, MLC), we may collect catalog and ownership data used for reconciliation.
d. Operational Data:
• Logs for diagnostics, security, and platform performance.How We Use Information
We use collected information solely to enable rights management and royalty reconciliation on your behalf. Specifically:
• Synchronizing catalog metadata across platforms
• Identifying missing or incorrect royalty claims
• Detecting overclaims, disputes, or under-claimed assets
• Displaying results to authenticated users only
We do not:
• Modify your CMS data
• Upload or publish content
• Claim ownership on your behalf without explicit authorizationHow We Do NOT Use Information
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with any third-party advertisers, data brokers, or external stakeholders.
We do NOT use personal data for marketing without consent.
We do NOT analyze catalog data for non-authorized strategic, commercial, or AI training purposes.Third-Party Sharing

• Service providers required to operate the platform (e.g. hosting providers), governed by confidentiality and data processing agreements

We apply industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data, including:

• Multi-factor authentication for administrators

We retain user data only as long as the account remains active and solely for operational purposes. Upon account closure or API token revocation:
• Access tokens are destroyed
• CMS metadata is purged from our systems within 30–90 daysUser Controls & Consent
